Job Description The Commercial HVAC Helper provides essential support to HVAC Technicians and Foremen on commercial job sites. This role assists with installations, maintenance, and daily jobsite tasks while gaining hands-on experience in the HVAC trade. Job Requirements Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems Help with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite preparation Pull ductwork, assist with piping, and support system installations Run for tools, equipment, and parts as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards Support team members to meet daily production and project goals Communicate clearly with team members and ask questions when needed Assist with end-of-day cleanup and jobsite organization Represent the company professionally on job sites Qualifications Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC or skilled trades Basic knowledge of tools and construction environments (preferred) Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Salary $18 - $25 (hourly) Why choose us?
