Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Technician to join our team that will work year round. The ideal candidate shall have 3+ years of expertise in diagnosing, servicing, starting up , and maintaining Commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity
- Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions
- Provide excellent customer service during field service calls
- Must have own hand tools to complete responsibilities listed above
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week minimum, with on call rotation
Qualifications:
- Proficient in HVAC/R systems
- Strong mechanical skills to diagnose, install, and repair HVAC systems
- Experience as a Service Technician in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of building codes related to HVAC installations
- Ability to interpret drawings and schematics
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle
