We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Technician to join our team that will work year round. The ideal candidate shall have 3+ years of expertise in diagnosing, servicing, starting up , and maintaining Commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Test electrical circuits and components for continuity
• Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions
• Provide excellent customer service during field service calls
• Must have own hand tools to complete responsibilities listed above
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week minimum, with on call rotation

Qualifications:

• Proficient in HVAC/R systems
• Strong mechanical skills to diagnose, install, and repair HVAC systems
• Experience as a Service Technician in the HVAC industry
• Knowledge of building codes related to HVAC installations
• Ability to interpret drawings and schematics
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle
