Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on maintaining equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks including welding, hydraulics, and general mechanical work. Respond promptly to service requests from staff and management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies. Collaborate with field service teams to address complex issues that require specialized knowledge or equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all maintenance tasks. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters is preferred. Experience in welding and hydraulics is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
