• Your Impactful Role:

• As a Mobile HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC systems across multiple commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems will be invaluable in maintaining our high standards of client service and operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to:
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handlers
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical distribution and plumbing systems
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client operations
• Travel to multiple client locations within your assigned territory, using a company vehicle

• What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Universal EPA/CFC certification
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with building automation systems and CMMS technology
• Military experience with HVAC systems is a plus
• Supervisory experience is an added advantage
