: HVAC Technician

JOB SUMMARY

To assist

HVAC/ REF.

Technicians in maintaining and repairing all existing air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment including exhaust fans and evaporative equipment for the entire property.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift. Must be capable of maintaining a schedules preventative on all

technicians and outside contractors on larger installation projects. To assist

technicians outside contractors on maintenance service contracts. To respond to thermostat changes for various departments requests. Work around electrical and water and gas feed lines. Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance in casino, restaurants, kitchens, and hotel areas. Respond promptly to needs of company. Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure of shift supervisor. Attending and successfully completing all internal training courses and requirements.

JOB STANDARDS

High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required. Five+ years or better in trade. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures. Must be able to maintain high levels of confidence. Additional Information
