Job Description
Gateway Construction Solutions is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to take ownership of maintenance operations across our 275-unit residential portfolio. This is not an entry-level or general labor role — we need someone who already knows the trade and can work independently without close supervision. What you'll be doing: Diagnose and repair Apartment Maintenance issues - plumbing, electrical, HVAC Respond to tenant work orders and prioritize your own schedule across multiple properties Perform general building upkeep and occasional light construction/repair work What we're looking for: 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multi-family or residential property preferred) Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to manage your day and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Real-world troubleshooting skills Why work with us: Steady, consistent work across a large portfolio (job security) Pay based on experience
