6 month Contract to Hire Project description: The main focus of the role is performing preventative and corrective maintenance on the clients HVAC systems. The consultant will be joining a 7-person maintenance team with varying areas of focus across.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, RTUs, AHUs, exhaust systems, chillers, boilers, VAVs, pumps, and associated controls
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues related to HVAC equipment
• Monitor and maintain compressed air systems, purified water systems, steam generators, and utility equipment.
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Support facility improvement projects and equipment installations

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environment
• Experience troubleshooting and performing preventative/corrective maintenance on: o HVAC systems o boilers & chillers o air compressors o pumps & motors o mechanical/electrical
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
• CMMS experience - preferably

Blue Mountain RAM Pay:

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
