Choice Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician or Lead Installer to join our team. We're not looking to fill a truck with just anybody. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in doing good work, treats customers right and wants to work with other experienced HVAC professionals. If you're currently working for another HVAC company, that's okay. In fact, that's probably who we're looking for. Why consider Choice? -NO summer on-call. From May 1 through September 30 -No 24-hour on-call shifts during heating season. We believe you should be able to have a life outside of work. $35-$45+ per hour based on experience and ability. If you're an exceptional technician, we're willing to have a conversation about what you're worth. -Steady, year-round work. -Work on more than basic furnaces and AC. Our team works with heat pumps, high-efficiency equipment, ductless, inverter systems, controls and other modern HVAC technology. -We're looking for HVAC professionals - not high-pressure salespeople. We want technicians who can diagnose problems, explain options honestly and take care of the customer. A company where your experience matters.
