Company:
A commercial mechanical subcontractor and the leading installers of commercial HVAC systems in the tri-state area since 1947. Their projects range from one-room duct modifications to cooling towers, chillers, ice plants, complicated tenant fit-outs, all degrees of base building infrastructure upgrades, and new construction. Their Service Department participates in all levels of construction, maintenance, and repair work. Service partners with a variety of commercial customers with an emphasis on critical systems. As members of the Local 638B union, their technicians are well versed in all HVACR systems. About the
Position:
Hiring for an HVACR Technician, to perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and related equipment and facilities. Primarily servicing commercial customers in the tri-state area and looking for individuals with good customer service relations and strong communication skills. If you are the type of person who enjoys solving complex problems for clients, this position may be the right role for you.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills. Valid Driver's License. Prior experience working as a technician for a mechanical construction or service contractor. Salary $60K - $120
