Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help create comfortable, safe environments for our clients across various building types. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems. Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure efficiency and longevity of equipment. Troubleshoot complex HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems and mechanical systems using specialized tools and techniques. Repair plumbing and electrical components associated with HVAC installations or repairs. Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, explain repair options clearly, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction. Qualifications for Entry Level
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications for Non-Entry Level Proven construction experience with mechanical systems installation or repair projects. Service technician experience working on HVAC systems in commercial or residential settings. Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and building automation systems. Knowledge of HVAC design principles and system troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, maintenance, and installation processes. Familiarity with refrigeration technology and electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters. Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, boiler operation, air conditioning units, and mechanical systems repair. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in various repair scenarios. Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required. OSHA 30. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions. Basic understanding of electrical systems within HVAC/R equipment is essential. $18.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
