Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Perform scheduled maintenance and system inspections to ensure proper operation. Accurately document service activities, materials used, and customer interactions. Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status, repair options, and recommendations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism on every job site. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls. Collaborate with coworkers and dispatch team to ensure efficient service routes and customer satisfaction. Follow all safety procedures and maintain required safety certifications. Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Valid NYS Driver's License (clean driving record). EPA 608 Certification required. OSHA 10 Certification preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
