Overview TJ's Plumbing & Heating is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for diagnosing HVAC issues, installing new systems, and conducting regular service to ensure peak performance. Duties/Responsibilities Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Perform routine preventative maintenance Read blueprints and technical diagrams Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance Communicate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendations Requirements Solid understanding of HVAC systems and tools. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading schematics and manuals Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members, and a commitment to maintaining professional conduct. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity. Proficiency in using hand-held electronic devices for documenting service and repair work.
