This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and advance your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, explain repair procedures clearly, and provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction. Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions for future reference and compliance purposes. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong background in HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance. Construction experience or familiarity with building construction is highly desirable. Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, mechanical systems repair, and building automation systems. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters; ability to interpret electrical diagrams is essential. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R equipment including boilers, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and related components. Skilled in the use of hand tools and specialized diagnostic equipment for field service work. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications related to HVAC/R are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments; flexibility to respond to emergency calls or after-hours requests when needed. Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier HVAC solutions with energy and enthusiasm!
