Job Description
Job Overview Crete United is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians experienced in Commercial HVAC systems to join our team at Dynaire Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties. Duties /
Responsibilities:
Installation:
Follow up to resolve issues on newly installed HVAC systems as needed.Repairs:
Diagnose and fix issues with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical faults.Maintenance:
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently.Emergency Services:
Respond to urgent repair calls to address system failures promptly. You will be on a rotating call-out schedule with other HVAC Techs.Compliance:
Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes and safety standards.Customer Interaction:
Communicate with clients to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance procedures.Documentation:
Keep detailed records of work performed, including maintenance and repair costs.- Participate in rotating On Call Schedule.
Expectations:
At Dynaire we pay for performance and review the following metrics on a continual basis- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment without assistance
- Repair work completed properly the 1st time - minimal call backs
- Amount of additional revenue generated from PM and repair work.
- Feedback (positive) from Clients
- Attendance - being available to work, no frequent unplanned absences
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
