About Silverman Mechanical Silverman Mechanical is a growing HVAC and plumbing company based in Mongaup Valley, NY, serving homes and businesses throughout Sullivan County and the surrounding region. We run a mid-sized field team, a well-stocked warehouse, and trucks built for the job — and we're investing in our people as we grow. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. The Role We're hiring an Apprentice to support our HVAC and plumbing crews on the job — a great entry point into the trades with a real opportunity to learn and grow into a technician or installer role. No experience necessary; we'll train the right person.
