The Role We are seeking an experienced Burner Service Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with deep knowledge of commercial and industrial burner systems who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working directly with customers. What You'll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial heating and burner systems Service and support equipment including: Burners (Webster, Powerflame, IC, Lochinvar, Camus, Laars) Hot water heaters Operating and heating controls Oil and gas fuel systems Pumps and motors Diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently, safely, and to code Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status and recommendations Collaborate with internal team members to deliver high-quality service What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as a burner mechanic or service technician Strong working knowledge of oil and gas systems Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Valid, clean driver's license Safety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay , based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Full-time, stable employment with growth opportunities
