You'll install a variety of HVAC systems, delivering top-quality installations that meet client expectations. Bring your expertise and experience to a role where your contributions make a real impact, day in and day out. Duties Install HVAC systems and related components (refrigerant piping, drain pips, electrical and control wiring) to high professional standards., including air conditioning units, gas boilers, gas furnaces, rooftop units and mini split systems. Read HVAC design documents to accurately install equipment. Ensure installation quality, safety, and code compliance; maintain a clean, organized worksite. Maintain clean and organized company vehicles; secure and organize tools and materials; prepare for the next job. Arrive on time, complete jobs within estimated timeframes, and provide progress updates to the dispatcher. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead to prevent delays.. Document all installation activities throughout projects. Adhere to all safety policies and promote a culture of safe work practices. Experience Proven experience installing HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial) Knowledge of refrigerant piping, condensate/drain systems, and low-voltage control wiring. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools like meters and refrigerant gauges Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Additional skills in brazing, boiler maintenance, appliance repair, and general mechanical work are advantageous. Working efficiently with team members to ensure project completion is smooth and completed on-time.
