In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise and field service experience in a fast-paced environment—where your work truly impacts our customers. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, gas boilers, gas furnaces, rooftop units and mini split systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. Conduct maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and component replacements to ensure peak performance. Address HVAC repair needs as they arise. Utilize tools such as meters and brazing components and mechanical parts of HVAC/R equipment. Document all service activities thoroughly in service reports, including details of repairs performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety standards and property maintenance protocols during all field service operations. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar service technician role within construction or property maintenance industries. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, refrigeration systems, and HVAC/R technology. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools like meters and refrigerant gauges Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Additional skills in brazing, boiler maintenance, appliance repair, and general mechanical work are advantageous.
