Job Description
Ellicott Development is searching for a HVAC technician for maintenance performed on commercial properties both interior and exterior throughout Olean, New York. Person would be responsible for a variety of work with most being HVAC related but could include general repairs to existing properties including electrical, painting and plumbing repairs.
