Job Overview HVAC Service Technician Ace Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking technician with 2-3+ years of HVAC service experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service.
PAY & POSITION DETAILS
$26-$50 per hour, based on experience and skill level Full-time position Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed Company vehicle provided Company fuel card providedJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment Identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions Communicate professionally with customers and explain repairs clearly Complete service calls efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean and professional work environment Follow company safety procedures and industry standardsREQUIREMENTS
2-3+ years of HVAC service experience required Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues independently Valid driver's license required Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and professional EPA certification preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a teamABOUT ACE HEATING & COOLING
