Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC / Electrician Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and mechanical systems across various commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and safety compliance. Duties Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems. Diagnose electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults in electrical systems and components. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity. Conduct system upgrades and modifications in accordance with HVAC design specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems repair issues involving plumbing, refrigeration, electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and recommending effective solutions for system improvements or repairs. Skills Construction experience combined with service technician background for comprehensive understanding of building systems. Proficiency in reading schematics, HVAC design plans, and mechanical drawings. Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting techniques. Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing systems, refrigeration units, boilers, and building automation systems. Skilled in electrical diagnostics using hand tools such as ohmmeters and testing devices for electrical system troubleshooting. Experience with HVAC/R equipment repair including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components. Familiarity with electrical systems within commercial buildings along with the ability to perform electrical system diagnostics effectively. Ability to work independently or as part of a field service team while maintaining safety standards at all times. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction. Pay:
$26.10 - $31.43 per hour
