The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The HVAC Technician will also be involved in property maintenance and appliance repair, ensuring optimal performance of all HVAC equipment. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems and perform necessary repairs. Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during service calls. Collaborate with other technicians on larger projects involving system design and build. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory used. Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and appliance repair techniques. Ability to read and understand technical schematics related to HVAC design. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Certification in HVAC or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
