The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently as well as as part of a team and takes pride in providing quality service to our customers. Duties Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Communicate with customers regarding equipment issues and recommended repairs Maintain accurate service records and paperwork Follow company safety procedures and applicable codes Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes Qualifications 1-5+ years of HVAC industry Experience is a plus EPA 608 Universal required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company van or vehicle safely.
