What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC replacement installations from start to finish Review job scopes, equipment selections, and installation requirements before beginning work Coordinate with comfort advisors, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and leadership Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes Direct and support installation helpers and apprentices Complete accurate start-up, testing, commissioning, and job documentation Identify and communicate jobsite challenges, changes, and customer concerns Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Explain system operation, maintenance, and warranty information to homeowners Ensure every installation delivers the comfort, quality, and customer experience promised Meet clearly defined installation, quality, efficiency, safety, and customer-experience expectations What You Bring A demonstrated record of successful residential HVAC installations Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, airflow, refrigeration, electrical systems, and installation best practices The ability to lead an installation crew and maintain high standards throughout every job Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Clear, professional communication with customers and team members A consistent focus on safety, craftsmanship, cleanliness, and code compliance The ability to complete installations efficiently without sacrificing quality Competitive drive balanced by genuine care for the customer The confidence to take ownership of the job and deliver exceptional results Compensation and Support Compensation will be based on experience, demonstrated ability, performance, and the terms of Affordable Air's written compensation plan.
