HHWP Community Action Commission is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our Housing and Facilities team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, leading others, and seeing the direct impact of their work in the community. In this role, you'll help oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work while providing day-to-day leadership and support to HVAC staff. You'll assess residential systems, determine repair versus replacement needs, estimate job costs, coordinate materials and equipment, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support team members, assign work, provide feedback, and help ensure staff remain trained and compliant with applicable requirements. What we're looking for: Current State of Ohio HVAC License 3-5 years of relevant HVAC/material procurement experience Strong HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation knowledge Leadership skills and the ability to guide and support a team Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation Lead and EPA certifications are preferred This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys taking ownership of projects, and wants to use their HVAC expertise in a role that serves local individuals and families.

Schedule:

Full-time, year-round | Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $87,500.00 per year
