Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Communicate with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all work activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• EPA certification (Universal)

Personal Skills:

• Communicate effectively with customers and other co-workers any ideas, explanations, or problems.
• Be open to train, instruct, or oversee new employees.
• Attend classes and training seminars.
• Have excellent written skills to write-up work orders.
• Possess the ability to follow through with pending work orders.
• Maintain professional dress and attitude at all times.
• Be available for on call; to run after hour's service calls as needed.
• Complete duties that are assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a drug test
• EPA Refrigeration Universal Certification
• NATE certification or be able to acquire within 2 years of employment
• Valid license with clean driving record
