The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience and be confident leading installations from start to finish while also diagnosing and troubleshooting service issues independently. This position works alongside a helper, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC system installations. Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues as needed. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Work effectively with a helper to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean, professional job site and provide excellent customer service. Requirements 5+ years of HVAC installation experience. Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Own basic hand tools (additional tools provided by the company).
