Company-provided Vision insurance Dental insurance available for purchase Long-term and Short-term disability insurance available for purchase Life Insurance 401K with 6% company match Company phone Tool replacement program and select company-provided tools 7 Paid holidays Paid vacation depending on tenure What You'll Do Assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs Learn proper HVAC tools, equipment, and service procedures Provide professional and courteous service to customers Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, and equipment Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices Complete training and develop the skills needed to advance within the HVAC trade What We're Looking For EPA Certification is required Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Hands-on HVAC experience is a plus, but not required Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
