Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:

1+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Experience required Able to diagnose and troubleshoot commercial/industrial HVAC equipment required Experience with Commercial Boilers, MUAs, VFDs, RTUs, Pumps, Mini-Splits, or Cooling Towers, etc required Journeyman license preferred Chillers and Commercial Refrigeration experience is a plus

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and mechanical systems Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems; repairing and replacing equipment; performing preventative maintenance; and responding to service calls Work may include chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units, air handlers, make-up air units , pumps, motors, VFDs, refrigeration equipment, commercial plumbing systems, and building automation controls in commercial and industrial facilities Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams Troubleshooting building automation systems Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
