Job Description

Description Build Something That Matters We're looking for mechanically inclined, hardworking individuals who take pride in getting the job done right. In this production-based role, you'll assemble portable HVAC equipment, perform inspections, assist with repairs, and help prepare equipment for customers. If you enjoy working with your hands and want to grow with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and honest work, we'd love to meet you. Training is provided.
Schedule:
7:30am - 4:00pm What You'll Do Assemble machine components (pipes, electrical connections, mechanical fasteners, etc.) Safely load and unload HVAC equipment to/from trucks and trailers Perform touch-up painting and sheet metal fabrication/ modification Operate forklifts to move and organize materials indoors and outdoors Wash and inspect returned equipment, reporting any damage Perform minor repairs and maintenance Communicate professionally with customers and team members Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
What You Bring Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred:
Vocational or technical training in a related field
Experience:
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Mechanical aptitude or general technical service skills are required Basic plumbing and pipe-fitting knowledge is a plus Basic understanding of electrical system principles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills for documentation and communication Why Join Us?
