Job Description
Step into a high-impact HVAC role serving the Columbus market from a brand-new location, backed by an owner-led environment with no corporate red tape. In this Senior HVAC Technician opportunity, you'll bring your electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise to the field while building toward a future General Manager path. Office location is Powell, OH with service coverage across Columbus. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior HVAC Technician position include: 5+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification and ability to meet applicable Ohio/local HVAC licensing requirements Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical HVAC issues Lead technician, supervisory, or team-training experience preferred ServiceTitan or similar field-service software experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Full-time schedule with occasional evening/weekend coverage during peak periods Report to the Powell, OH office and service the Columbus area using company vehicle/truck and gas card
Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
