Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Installer at Strongsville Heating and Air, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation of various HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Collaborating with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Performing system testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues. Providing exceptional customer service by explaining system operation, maintenance, and care to clients. Maintaining a neat and organized work area and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Job Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training or apprenticeship program preferred. Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. EPA certification and any relevant state or local licenses.
