You'll tackle challenging service issues, provide exceptional customer support, mentor fellow technicians, and assist with field leadership activities such as work planning, audits, and jobsite oversight. • Manage tool calibration and readiness.
• Prepare service kits with correct parts and PPE.
• Run compliance checks on storage and labeling.
• Collect and upload service evidence into CMMS.
• Coordinate disposal of expired parts and consumables.
• Train S1-S3 staff on staging and documentation standards.
• Audit inventory and update logs.
• Prepare surge kits for emergency response.
• Support technicians during complex repairs.
• Maintain organized toolrooms and storage areas. ‎
