JOB SUMMARY

Working within a compact team, the HVAC installer oversees the setup and installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation units. Key responsibilities include interpreting technical documents, Installation of new equipment, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. Ideal for established independent technicians seeking high-margin additional volume.

Role:

HVAC Installation (W2)

Compensation:

$500 - $1,500 per job (paid weekly upon completion & sign-off)

Schedule:

Flexible nights & weekends | Solo or 2-Person Crews We provide steady, after-hours retrofit and changeout jobs for experienced HVAC mechanics. All equipment (condensers, air handlers, cased coils) and primary transition materials are pre-staged and pulled for each job.

Responsibilities:

Execute full system replacements (AC, heat pump, gas furnace) to manufacturer specifications and local code. Perform vacuum decay tests, assembling line sets, and final startup/commissioning. Remove old equipment and leave customer spaces clean.

Requirements:

EPA Universal Certification + valid state HVAC license. Reliable Vehicle and standard trade installation tools (gauges, vacuum pump, recovery machine, torches).

Pay:

$500.00 - $1,500.00 per day
