Pay Range:

$75,000•$100,000 annually•100% Paid Commission (hourly pay until training is complete)

Essential Duties:

Coach, develop, and train HVAC Installation Technicians assigned to them. Coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the daily workflow of HVAC Installation Technicians assigned to them to ensure goals, standards, objectives, and policies are understood and met. Assist HVAC Installation Manager with monitoring & evaluating jobs for consistency and coaching opportunities. This lead position will hold the same duties as the HVAC Installation Technician when business needs dictate. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman License At least 3 years of experience as a residential HVAC installer. You must have a valid Driver's License and possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record. High-level knowledge of install-related issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability.
