Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

$23-$30 per hour, depending on experience Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and dependable Certified HVAC Technician to join a property management team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential and/or commercial HVAC experience and be comfortable performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations. This position is responsible for keeping HVAC systems operating safely and efficiently across managed properties while providing professional and timely service. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems Repair and replace HVAC components as needed Install, maintain, and service HVAC equipment Inspect systems to identify potential problems before they become major repairs Check refrigerant levels and identify leaks Work with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC controls Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs Respond to service requests and complete work in a timely manner Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and applicable codes Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and vendors Perform other maintenance duties as needed Qualifications HVAC certification required Previous HVAC service and repair experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Ability to use HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license required Must have a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and work in various conditions Strong attendance and dependable work history How to Apply If you meet these requirements, please submit your resume to or call 918.933.5530 to schedule your interview with Teresa.
