This 204 Unit community is in the downtown area and we are in search of an experienced Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 2 years HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience with PTAC units preferred. Ideal candidate must have experience in electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, and unit make ready and HVAC systems. Responsibilities but not limited to the following: Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, etc. Keep track and complete all work orders on vacant and occupied apartments, leasing office, etc. Must be available for after hours and weekend on-call schedule. Prepare the apartments for tour/next move in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, punch out, taking out the trash, scheduling vendors where necessary. Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (for e.g., drill, saw, hammer, gauges, etc.) Benefits include hourly wage plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 401k.
