Mennonite Village is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician; a skilled professional who brings technical expertise and a commitment to service excellence to join our facilities team. In this advanced role, you'll install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components across our sprawling campus. Our facilities team plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors every day. What You'll Do. Maintain, repair, and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems Monitor HVAC system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs Inspect boilers, furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, mini-split systems, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment as applicable Assist in maintaining documentation related to inspections, preventative maintenance schedules, equipment warranties, permits, and repair histories What Will Set You Apart. High School Diploma orGED HVAC
certification EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification Three (3) years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience Five (5) years of experience in building maintenance, construction trades, or related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and construction documents Valid Oregon Driver's License Ability to obtain and maintain any certifications required by state or local regulationsBenefits
