Full Job Description Description:
Comfort Flow Heating — Bend, Oregon | $30+ per hour | Full-time Comfort Flow Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC installer who wants to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on lead installer / field supervisor position for someone who can work independently, lead installations, solve problems, and help us grow our Bend-area operation. What You'll Be Doing Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish. Work independently in Bend and with crews from our Springfield office. Meet with homeowners and builders to measure jobs, plan ductwork, and prepare installations. Lay out ductwork, prepare equipment and materials, and complete neat, professional installations. Train apprentices and helpers and provide direction on the job. Troubleshoot installation issues and assist with service problems when needed. Work directly with homeowners, builders, and other contractors. Help manage the day-to-day field operations in the Bend area. Why This Position? Requirements:
What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience. Experience leading installations or working independently. Ability to read blueprints and understand ductwork layout. Experience with gas piping, system startups, and troubleshooting. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work from ladders and lifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Professional attitude, pride in workmanship, and a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to learn and continue developing skills. Experience with system design, load calculations, geothermal, radiant systems, or fireplaces is a plus, but not required.
