Are you mechanically inclined with a background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulics, or general repair? Whether you're an experienced technician or just starting to build your skills, Johnson RV wants to talk to you. Our service center specializes in repairs on the house portion of the RV, Accessory Installation, Collision Work and some Chassis. We have work that needs your skills. We are a well-established RV Superstore seeking Service Technicians with skilled trade experience and general repair skills for our growing dealership Service Center. Whether you come from RV repair, automotive, HVAC, construction, facility maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or another hands-on trade, your skills can translate here. Experienced techs will find plenty of room to grow, and those newer to the trade will find real support to develop. At Johnson RV, we don't just sell RVs — we help families accomplish their dreams. We are expanding our staff to keep up with the booming RV industry and are seeking ambitious, hands-on people to join our team. What does an RV Technician do for us? The successful Technician must be dedicated, have the ability to diagnose and fix problems, be a self-starter, and have a focus on quality. Technicians repair multiple systems in RVs and recondition pre-owned units for resale in our facility.
Requirements:
Position Requirements Skilled trade background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, mechanical, or related systems (RV experience is a plus, but not required — we offer in-house training and RVTI certification with tuition paid) Have most tools needed to perform the job duties Ability to apply oneself with little or no supervision Ability to work within a team environment Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and professional references who can verify work experience
