This role is perfect for someone who is not only skilled and knowledgeable in HVAC systems but also fun, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You'll work independently on various tasks, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting and educating customers on additional services. An eye for detail is a MUST! Arrive on time at job sites, report status to dispatcher, and relocate as needed. Use and maintain company vehicles and tools, reporting any issues promptly. Perform routine maintenance independently, completing all checklists. Educate customers on additional services and replacement options. Be on call for emergency services as required. Have or develop skills in low voltage wiring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, ductless systems, and tankless systems. Communicate effectively with customers, handle payments, and maintain a professional appearance. Complete service forms accurately and promote maintenance agreement program. Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to staggered schedules if needed. Basic Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings. Able to work with minimal supervision Customer service skills are a must. Must be on time/ reliable and be available to work overtime when needed. Must be able to perform duties in uncomfortable climates and spaces such as: attics, crawl spaces, roof tops, and tight areas for long periods of time. Must meet physical demands of position, for example: lifting equipment, crawl space manuever-able, and use of ladders, etc. Valid driver's license, must show proof of driving record, and pass a background and drug test. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
