Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC/R equipment effectively. The HVAC Installer will work on a variety of properties, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and reliably. Responsibilities Install new HVAC/R systems and components according to specifications and schematics. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment, including refrigerate and boil systems. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical components and troubleshoot problems. Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, repair, and maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Familiarity with various HVAC equipment repair techniques and tools. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
