The Job Posting:

We are currently seeking qualified technicians to round out our staff, and assist with services and installations. We are currently growing, and we offer a great culture for our employees with opportunities for training and development in your trade . Responsibilities and Duties:

Technician responsibilities and duties include servicing and/or installing residential mini split systems , forced air systems , boilers and other HVAC related equipment with autonomy. Cleanliness of company-supplied work truck , and cleanliness of work-related clothing and appearance . Responsibility to communicate with customer about maintenance and up-keep of units, and ability to answer all job-related questions to assure great customer service . Must have working cell service to keep up communication with office staff , and supply companies for job efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Flexible availability for on-call times. ( post 8-hour shift ) Universal EPA Certification. ( can be obtained through company ) Reliable mode of transportation. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, and be on your feet. Valid drivers license with clean record.

Candidates Must Have:

Strong work ethic. Good customer service skills and professionalism. Ability to operate power and hand tools safely. Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment. Mechanical aptitude. A strong desire to work within a team . Punctuality. Strong communication skills.

Job Benefits:
