This position is for a professional who shows up consistently, takes pride in their work, and can complete installation jobs with little to no supervision and provide quality work. Schedule Requirements (Important) Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM + overtime as necessary (We aim for a 4:00 PM end time, but some days require staying later to complete jobs) Attendance is critical — this position requires someone who does not call off This is not a flexible or part-time position Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years HVAC installation experience Ability to lead a crew Strong listening skills and ability to follow direction Able to complete jobs efficiently with minimal to no help Technical Skills Required Must be experienced in change-outs and new installations , including full ductwork, from start to finish, for: Furnaces Air Conditioning Systems Heat Pumps Dual Fuel Systems Mini-Splits Geothermal Systems Boilers would be a plus Additional Requirements Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Strong work ethic and professionalism Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site Pay & Benefits $22-$30 per hour to start , depending on experience Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours over 40 Raises earned through proven work ethic, quality of work, and demonstrated knowledge U niforms Roth IRA with company match after 60 days Paid holidays after 60 days Vacation after 1 year This Job Is NOT for
