The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing new HVAC units and systems in new construction modular buildings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(other duties may be assigned) Installs new HVAC units in new construction for modular multi-family homes. Installs ductwork and thermostats to control the HVAC system. Installs various types of HVAC systems such as PTAC, heat pumps,ERV Complies withcompany and industry safety standards. Performs other related duties as assigned. Comply withcompany and industry safety standards. Other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education Vocational/High school diploma or
GED, HVAC
certification preferred. Experience Minimum 1 year working directly with HVAC systems. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment preferred. Mechanically inclined. Dependable and punctual. Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints is desired. Ability to use power and hand tools. Excellent mechanical skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS
under which the essential functions of this position are typically performed. Onsite work at Berwick facility. Occasional overtime may be requested. Frequent exposure to manufacturing plant environment. Occasional exposure to general office setting.

The Pay Range for this position is $22.32 - $28.32 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Hours of Operations:
M-F 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with some overtime required extending the day to 4:30
PM Breaks:
10 min @ 9:00 AM, Lunch 30 min @ 11:00 AM, 10 min @ 1:30
