Job Description
Concordia at Cabot, the birthplace and headquarters of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, has one of the broadest networks of senior- and healthcare-related services in the country, all in one location: retirement living, short-term rehabilitation, personal care, long-term nursing care, hospice care, outpatient physical therapy, adult day services, even child care. The HVACR Technician is responsible for maintaining HVAC equipment, repairs, and utility systems across the Cabot campus as well as off sites. Work is not limited to HVAC equipment and will include all maintenance needs. Qualifications of a
HVACR Technician:
HVACR Technician experience is a Must Looking for someone with 10 Years Experience (We pay more for Experience) General mechanical, construction and plumbing skills a plus Valid Drivers License Caring, compassionate, and understanding Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a HVACR Technician Perform or assist with work on HVAC systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, electrical systems and generators. In addition to HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance, performs general maintenance duties, such as: room repairs, plumbing, electrical, equipment repairs, painting, and refurbishing. Maintains all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition. Maintains facility during season changes, including snow and ice removal. Answers emergency calls when assigned to the on-call phone. Wednesday to Wednesday approximately every 3 months. Conducts routine inspections on assigned vehicles, equipment, and emergency systems to comply with all regulations. Why Work For Us?
