Thermotech, Inc. is looking for an HVAC/R technician who has a solid mechanical foundation and wants to become a well-rounded commercial service technician . You don't need 10 years of experience. Learn More Than Residential HVAC This is an opportunity to develop experience working on: Commercial HVAC Rooftop units Commercial refrigeration Walk-in coolers and freezers Reach-in refrigeration Ice machines Heat pumps Gas furnaces and heating equipment Oil systems Commercial kitchen and food-service equipment Electrical troubleshooting Controls and mechanical systems You'll work alongside and receive support from technicians and service leadership with decades of field experience. Thermotech also has a dedicated hands-on training area where technicians can train on operating equipment, including refrigeration, ice machines, heat pumps and gas heating systems. EPA 608 certification is strongly preferred. Candidates working toward certification may also be considered depending on experience and qualifications. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. We're particularly interested in people who: Show up on time, enjoy troubleshooting, aren't afraid to ask questions, want to learn refrigeration and commercial equipment, communicate well with customers, take care of their tools and vehicle, and take pride in doing a job correctly. Attitude and mechanical aptitude matter. We're willing to teach someone who genuinely wants to learn.
