- Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills with experience in appliance repair and field service work.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, including knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus; ability to weld or perform boiler repairs is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license required for van driving responsibilities associated with the position.
