We are currently hiring motivated and dependable HVAC Service Technicians to support residential, commercial, and industrial service operations. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related equipment Inspect HVAC systems and identify necessary repairs or replacement recommendations Install, replace, and service HVAC components including motors, compressors, thermostats, and controls Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Test system performance and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely Document service calls, repairs performed, and recommended maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Provide professional customer service while working at client locations Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations Preferred Experience HVAC Service and Repair Commercial HVAC Maintenance Residential HVAC Systems Refrigeration Systems Preventative Maintenance Programs Mechanical Troubleshooting Electrical Diagnostics Building Automation and Controls Qualifications Previous HVAC service experience EPA Certification is preferred but not required Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions Strong attendance, reliability, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime Company vehicle for qualified technicians (when applicable) Long-term career growth opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Weekly pay Health, dental, and retirement benefits may be available depending on employer We're looking for dependable and hardworking HVAC professionals ready to start immediately.
