Our client is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be supporting the maintenance and operation of industrial warehouse and distribution facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Perform routine and preventative HVAC maintenance across multiple industrial properties Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal operation Coordinate with vendors and property managers for repairs and upgrades Respond promptly to emergency HVAC situations to minimize downtime Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities using digital tools What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required 2-4 years of experience supporting industrial or commercial HVAC systems Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience with CMMS systems, BMS, and digital work order platforms preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What's in it for me?
